Ouray Mayor Ethan Funk talks with Jenny Hart at Oct. 22 election at the Ouray School. Hart ran unopposed for one of two open council seats and will be sworn in next month. The city is expected to accept applications for the vacancies next month. Photo by Erin McIntyre | Ouray County Plaindealer
