Ridgway will keep its long-time mayor and add a new face to its town council.
According to initial election results from the town released late Tuesday, Mayor John Clark beat challenger Tia Mihelarakis, 321 to 53 votes. It was the first time Clark has had an opponent since he was first elected in 2012.
Current councilors Kevin Grambley and Josey Scoville will keep their seats. Grambley received 281 votes and Scoville received 235 votes, according to initial results. The third open seat will be filled by Trish Greenwood, who received 247 votes.
Former councilor Russ Meyer received 163 votes and Sheridan Ribbing received 141 votes.
