County proceeds with revising pot rules

In their first steps toward revising Ouray County’s marijuana rules, county commissioners seem to agree on at least one thing – to no longer allow retail marijuana operations in unincorporated areas of the county.

Such a decision would no longer allow retail marijuana facilities on Log Hill Mesa and in Colona. There currently are no retail marijuana stores located in those areas, but there are grow facilities on Log Hill.
