Ranchers have beef with proclamation
When Gov. Jared Polis declared a “MeatOut” on March 20, Don Latham took it personally.
To the Log Hill rancher, Polis’ statements were a direct attack on his industry and his way of life, something that hasn’t been that easy in recent years.
