A failure of leadership
Dear Editor:
I lost my sister, Peg Laughlin, to COVTD-19. She was 91 years old and living in a very nice assisted living facility. She was in great health her whole life and still took long daily walks. She suffered a minor stroke in late February and was sent to the hospital. In early March she was transferred to a nursing home/rehabilitation facility.
