Community kindness overwhelming

Dear Editor: I would like to express my sincere appreciation for everyone in the community who has reached out to me after the recent death of my husband, Don Moden. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the kindness shown by family, friends and acquaintances old and new, the Ouray Mountain Rescue Team, the Colorado Avalanche Information Center, the Ouray County Sheriff's Department, the Ouray County Plaindealer and other local businesses.
