CANDIDATES FORUM: Nonpartisan candidate forum presented by the Woman’s Club of Ouray County and the Ouray County Plaindealer, 6:30 p.m. in the Massard Room at the Ouray Community Center, 320 Sixth Ave. Including county commissioner candidates Lynn Padgett and Michael Perkovich as well as a state ballot issue presentation from the League of Women Voters of the Uncompahgre Valley.
