Ouray County to move to “blue” caution level of reopening this afternoon

Only two days after moving to level yellow on the state’s color dial for reopening during the pandemic, Ouray County will move to the “blue” caution level this afternoon. Less than a week ago, Ouray County was one of only four counties in the state remaining in the more-restrictive “orange” level.

This move allows increased capacity for restaurants, retail outlets and other activities.
