Debra Lynn Todd, 72, of Ouray, Colorado, passed away on August 15, 2026. She was born November 5, 1953, in Hutchinson, Kansas. She was the daughter of Chester and Kathleen Todd, who preceded her in death. Survivors include a sister, Jennene Kay Todd Mashburn, nieces Jacqueline Rae Mashburn Rivera and Kathleen Kay Mashburn Ward and husband Mark Ward. To Deb, her dogs over the years, Kona, Ridge, Cheyenne and Kodi, were family members. Deb was loved by many friends in Ridgway and Ouray. Deb loved to sit on her porch and enjoyed the beauty of the Ouray mountains. Deb, without question, loved that big black truck with standard transmission.
A funeral service by the Rev. Dan Preston will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 25, at Ouray Baptist Church. Graveside service at Cedar Hill Cemetery afterwards by Crippin Funeral Home. Reception lunch at Ouray Baptist Church after graveside service.
