Ridgway sues MTN Lodge
The town of Ridgway has filed a lawsuit against the owners of the MTN Lodge, seeking to force the hotel to stop its "unauthorized" use as workforce housing and pay taxes. Since Feb. 1, the hotel has been housing workers who are building a Four Seasons resort in Mountain Village.
