Affordable housing administrator funded for a third year

Local governments have agreed to spend bonus affordable housing grants on securing a countywide housing services administrator for a third year.

The town of Ridgway and Ouray County each received a $50,000 bonus grant from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs for adopting policies by a Dec. 31 deadline that ensure affordable housing projects receive expedited review.
