Outgoing mayor offers blunt assessment of election, state of affairs in Ouray
Ouray Mayor Ethan Funk talks with Jenny Hart at Oct. 22 election at the Ouray School. Hart ran unopposed for one of two open council seats and will be sworn in next month. There are still two vacant councilor seats, because one of the councilors, Michael Underwood, was elected to be the next mayor and will move into that position, creating another opening. The city is expected to accept applications for the vacancies next month. Photo by Erin McIntyre | Ouray County Plaindealer
