Deadline to appeal property valuations June 9

Ouray County property owners have until Monday, June 9, to object to their property valuations for 2025.

The Ouray County Assessor’s Office mailed notices of valuation in the form of a postcard to every property owner in the county last month. County assessors use recent sales data to reappraise the value of commercial, residential and vacant property every two years.
