Ridgway residents Brian and Lori Patton pose for a portrait with their children, 14-yearold Sloan and 12-year-old Hunter, on the porch of their new River Park duplex they’ll be moving into next month. The Pattons have rented and had to move a few times since they came to Ridgway in 2018, and were not able to afford a home until they were selected for the Home Trust of Ouray County’s first construction project providing affordable housing. The Pattons will live next door to the Burr family, selected to purchase the other side of the duplex. Lia Salvatierra — Ouray County Plaindealer
