Ken Miller herds the Ingo family’s herd of cattle earlier this month along County Road 12A, leading the cows to pasture. Ed and Linda Ingo have operated the Fisher Ranch in Ridgway for decades. Ranchers traditionally have cattle drives in the spring and the fall, moving the animals to graze in the high country and back down to pasture in lower elevations in the wintertime.
