Dear Editor: Many of us drive past Cedar Hill Cemetery and are oblivious to the amount of damage caused by flooding, drought and the shortage of maintenance and upkeep plaguing this beautiful spot. Your lead article in the March 14-20 edition of the Plaindealer brought the plight of Cedar Hill to your readers’ attention.

The Cedar Hill Cemetery Board will begin a fundraising campaign in the next few weeks; your article will help kickstart our effort.
