Ouray-Ridgway-Silverton team competes in Delta
The spring track and field season has started and the Ouray-Ridgway-Silverton combined team competed at the Delta Panther Invitational on March 16.

In the 800-meter race, Catcher Latta (on the right) ended up placing 15th with a time of 2:46.56 and his teammate Josh Densow-Pope wasn’t far behind him, with a finish time of 2:47.59 to earn 16th place. The boys’ team placed seventh overall at the meet.

Madalyn Freed competes during the 200 meter race. She placed 26th in the event. The girls’ team did not place at the meet due to not having enough participants.
