Dear Editor: As relatively new part-time residents to Ouray, here are the top five questions I’d like our mayoral and city council candidates to answer:

1. How do you think we should address employee housing?

2. Should we encourage or discourage efforts to increase tourism?

3. What efforts should we undertake to address potential catastrophic wildfires?

4. What does Ouray look like in 2043?

5. How can part-time residents be optimized instead of vilified?
