Ouray planner heads home to Durango
Lily Oswald came to Ouray two years ago, drawn by her familiarity with the San Juans and the small community feel.
Now she’s headed for the place she called home as a young child and teenager.
Ouray’s community development director is resigning to take a position in the city of Durango’s Community Development Department. Her last day on the job in Ouray is May 26.
