Ridgway gets a touch of ‘glitz’ with new salon

Ridgway gets a touch of ‘glitz’ with new salon

At True Glitz Salon – a name chosen to pay homage to Ridgway’s “True Grit” film fame while adding a bit of glamour – clients can enjoy a wide array of services, including color treatments and highlights to basic men’s haircuts.

After being part of the beauty scene in Telluride for the last 25 years, Jen Achter has made Ridgway her home and set up her shop in Unit 101 at 153 U.S. Highway 550, between the Lazy Dog Saloon and Rocky Mountain Cannabis.
