The Ridgway Planning Commission issued another continuance to developers of a controversial proposed subdivision in Vista Terrace, citing ongoing concerns including density, access, emergency exits and wildlife impact.

Applicants for the Four Winds subdivision have proposed 20 single-family lots on about 40 acres near Terrace Drive, on the east side of Highway 550 north of the town core.
