For some businesses, it’s unhappy trails
Some tenants of Trail Town, the small commercial complex on the eastern side of Ridgway, have been told to move out by the end of the year as new owners plan to change the use of the property.
Beth’s Sandwiches and More, Crazy B’s Smoke Shop and massage therapist Angela Tripp were all notified in September that they’ll need to leave when their leases end this year, while Muddy Paw Dog Spaw, which has a lease through May, can remain until spring.
