Ouray’s Rotary Park sees dozens of rock climbers every weekend, and it will soon get a new kiosk and shelter thanks to funding from the Ouray Climbers Alliance, City of Ouray, Ouray Chamber Resort Association and Access Fund, a national climbing advocacy group.
