After more than eight hours of deliberations, a jury unanimously found Red Mountain Brewing Co. owner John Warren not guilty on three charges of sexual assault on Friday.

Warren was arrested in September 2019 and charged with sexually assaulting a woman nine months earlier. The woman alleged that after she had consensual sex with Warren, he assaulted her later that night while she was drunk and had taken a sleeping pill.
