Ouray county commissioners voted 2-1 to reappoint a planning commissioner Tuesday, after delaying the decision and receiving complaints about him from former employees and discussing concerns about public perception.

After much discussion, Mark Iuppenlatz was reappointed to the Planning Commission, with County Commission Chairwoman Lynn Padgett casting the dissenting vote.
