County progresses on cannabis code revisions
Ouray County commissioners met in a seventh work session to revise the county’s marijuana ordinance on April 27, agreeing to not allow marijuana cultivation in roughly 73% of the county. They also agreed to require direct access to a county-maintained road or state or federal highway from any new grow facility, and not via private roads.
