Stalled plans to remodel the pavilion at Top of the Pines, an open space preserve off of County Road 5 near Ridgway, are back in motion after a significant financial contribution from a private individual. The Board of County Commissioners approved the final plan on April 13, as is required as part of a management agreement with the county.
