Locals honored with Ice Fest Savoye Award

Bill MacTiernan, left, and Sam Rushing, described by Ice Park Board Member Frank Robertson as “pillars of the Ouray Ice Park since its inception,” received this year’s Rob Savoye Award. The award has been given since 2016 to exceptional festival volunteers.
