‘A really incredible ambassador for Ouray’
The Ouray City Council work session was tense. The discussion centered around the Ouray Chamber Resort Association, and several of the comments were harsh and critical. At the end of the meeting, then-Mayor Pam Larson asked if there was anyone else in the audience who wanted to say something.
