November 11, 1971 – Police Blotter: October 4, Women’s outhouse was moved from Rotary Park to the swimming pool area on U.S. 550. Attempt to burn outhouse was made. People involved were local people. October 5, Traffic ticket issued to Walter S. Greenwood of Seattle, Washington for improper backing. Fined $10.00. Theft of personal and school supplies reported by Ouray City School.
