I had the chance to watch the public utilities team in action Friday afternoon and until late at night. The water line on south Pinecrest broke just past my house at about 2:30 p.m. and immediately began to flood the road. Tom Tyler works for the city and is a personal friend, so I called him immediately and he contacted the other members of his crew: Clark Williams and Danny Wilbur.
