          In-process applications proceed as moratorium enacted        
                        
        Ouray County commissioners on Tuesday formally adopted a resolution placing a six-month moratorium on new applications for marijuana operations in unincorporated areas of the county. But two in-process applications will be allowed to continue.
The resolution states the board has found “good cause” to accept two applications that had been submitted prior to commissioners discussing the moratorium, allowing the applicants to proceed through the process.
