Susan Baker has had retirement in the back of her mind ever since Lupita’s Bizarre Bazaar marked 30 years in business last September. Being voted “Best Gift Shop in Ouray County” last year also seemed to make it feel like the right time to close her Ridgway shop on a positive note.
