Ouray County leaped down two places on the state’s reopening color dial in two days – skipping from orange to yellow to blue – triggering looser restrictions for events, entertainment and pretty much anywhere people gather.
The move toward less-restrictive rules means the Ouray Hot Springs Pool can increase capacity to allow more than three times the number of swimmers previously allowed, and other indoor and outdoor gatherings can also happen.
