Arizona could serve as affordable housing model

Over the last 15 years, and I believe the 15 years before that, many in Ouray County have called for action to address the affordable housing crisis here. I would like draw attention to a new novel program being pursued by Yavapai County, Arizona. The county will provide to builders, free of charge, pre-approved house plans for starter homes intended for young families and essential workers like teachers, firefighters, nurses and laborers.
