Plea delayed for brew pub owner

A local brewpub owner accused of sexual assault has had his plea hearing postponed for a third time.

John Warren’s latest plea hearing, scheduled for earlier this month, was postponed until Nov. 5, according to court records. This latest delay was due to a conflict with the judge’s schedule. Previous postponements in April and August were granted at the defendant’s request.
