Frada and George Starkschall participated in the drive-through mass testing for COVID-19 at the Ouray County Fairgrounds on Tuesday. The part-time residents of Ridgway were two of 618 participants in the free testing event, conducted by the Ouray County Public Health Department, the Colorado National Guard and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Results are expected to start arriving by today at the earliest.

Mass virus testing attracts more than 600
Ouray County’s first mass testing event for COVID-19 attracted so many participants that twice as many tests were performed in two days as had been conducted si nce the pandemic started.
