Compliments on your recent article, “Marketing contractor worked behind scenes with mayor” Such a comprehensive article certainly leaves readers with much, and many, to consider. The most timely of which is former City Administrator Justin Perry and his handling of Chris Hinkson’s polite request for information regarding the City of Ouray’s intent to renew, or not renew, OTO’s marketing contract.
