Storage facility back in violation

Ouray County officials have ordered the owner of a storage facility to stop using unauthorized storage units for commercial purposes and remove the from property line setbacks by March 15.

After Red Cliff Storage owner Emery Lynn Olin withdrew his request to allow for expansion of his business, the Board of County Commissioners turned the matter back over to staff for code enforcement on Feb. 4.
