After bidding farewell Ouray School Board President Kentee Pasek, who leaves the board after eight years of service, newly elected Ouray School Board members were sworn in and officers were elected on Monday.

Nate Disser, who ran unopposed for the seat he held for the last two years, and new members Sam Sills and Aimee Vann took their oaths of office and signed confidentiality agreements.

Pasek served as president for half her term and was given a plaque for her service.
