Firehouse project closer to approval
Plans to build a three-story culinary arts campus, including housing, eateries and garden spaces in the heart of Ridgway, are one step closer to fruition.
Ridgway Planning Commission members unanimously agreed to grant variances for parking and building size for the “Old Stone House” development on the corner of Clinton Street and North Lena Street, directly across from Hartwell Park.
