The town of Ridgway and Tri-County Water Conservancy District would be able to access each other’s domestic water supply in the event of an emergency, under an agreement approved by the town last week.
Town councilors unanimously signed off on the agreement on Oct. 23, finalizing a deal that has been discussed for a couple of years.
