Chase Nicholson of Ouray caught 571 smallmouth bass and won the top prize of $5,000 for the most fish caught in the Colorado Parks and Wildlife tournament at Ridgway Reservoir.

Anglers who participated in the 2019 smallmouth bass tournament at Ridgway State Park, again, helped Colorado Parks and Wildlife on its mission to preserve native fish species.
