The Ouray City Council on Monday unanimously finalized a set of rules governing the operation of vacation rentals in the city, becoming the last local government in Ouray County to regulate the growing industry.
With Councilor Bette Maurer absent from the meeting, councilors voted 4-0 to adopt on second reading a series of regulations for homes, duplexes and apartments leased for less than 30 days.
