Another residential development sketch plan was approved by the Ridgway Planning Commission on Tuesday, Jan. 3, to move forward on a planned unit development aimed at tackling the affordable housing problem in the county.
Originally presented at the Aug. 30 planning commission meeting, the project known as The Village at Ridgway includes 25 units in 22 buildings on five parcels located east of Redcliff Drive on the east side of US 550. The development would be used for long term rentals only. The property is owned by Ridgway Land Company and Rob Hunter.
