Tipi dweller weighs in on regulations

For 18 years, Covington, 73, has lived in a 3o-foot-tall tipi in Ouray County during the summer and a yurt during the winter. He attended a recent work session in which Ouray County commissioners again discussed regulating non-commercial camping.
