Code mandates fees continue to be paid after woman’s death

CITY OF OURAY Lillian McMurrin worked hard to make sure her mother was as comfortable as possible in retirement, helping her purchase a mobile home on the banks of the Uncompahgre River to secure her escape from constantly rising rents and ensure she was within walking distance of pretty much everything.
