According to Melissa Cervone, 2nd grade teacher and coordinator of the 4th Annual Ouray School Spring Showcase, the show is an opportunity to share with parents and the community what students have been working on throughout the year.
This year’s lineup has been revealed! On May 15 from 3:30-6 p.m. you can experience the young author fair, the art show, spring concert and other showcases. From 3:30-4 p.m. students from elementary and middle school will have readings of books they have written. Beginning at 4:00 p.m. the multi purpose room will host music performances. The fun-packed evening even includes a free pizza dinner from 5:15 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the cafeteria. So, put on your happy face, bring your cameras and prepare to be dazzled at this one-of-a-kind event!
